The Ben has once again humbled himself and apologized to Bull Dogg, admitting that they have been at loggerheads for days after failing to release a song they collaborated on, angering the rapper who recently refused to attend his concert.
The Ben made this statement while at the Kigali airport in Kanombe, where he had returned from Tanzania, preparing to immediately head to Europe for various concerts.
When asked by reporters about his issue with Bull Dogg, The Ben said, “Bull Dogg has been a brother for a long time, what I can tell you is that as a human being I did what a human being would do. I called him and apologized again, just like I had done.”
The Ben revealed that the issue he had with Bull Dogg was based on a song they collaborated on in 2021, but it ended without going public.
Although the song was not released, The Ben claims that it was because he was preparing to release ‘Why’, which he had collaborated with Diamond, and he felt that releasing it together would not be good and he tried to convince Bull Dogg.
The artist admits that what he thinks angered Bull Dogg and apologized to him was that even after Why was released, he ended up missing a song due to various plans and their song was not released.
He said, “First of all, I respect Bull Dogg, I apologized to him again in front of the camera, and I told him that when we spoke last, I told him that I am ready to do anything that would bring our friendship back together.”
The Ben said that he is ready to do anything to reunite him with Bull Dogg, and he said that if he had to pay for another song, he would do it, but the enmity between them would be gone.
On the other hand, The Ben also took the opportunity to preview his new song with Diamond.
He said, “Wait for it this summer, we are not working on the video. Even the song is not 100% finished yet but it will be released with audio and video.”
In this interview, The Ben thanked Marioo who gave him the song ‘Baby’ which is still killing it and it is on his new album.
He said, “Let me thank Marioo because he gave me the song ‘Baby’. That was not mine, it was supposed to go on his album and we worked on it, I didn’t work on it, he released an album that didn’t exist and then he gave it to me to put on mine. Suddenly, it is one of the things that will help my album grow a lot, especially in Tanzania.”
The Ben said all this while on the night of this 3rd he left for the European continent where he will perform various concerts, starting with the launch of Bwiza’s album ‘25 Shades’ which will be held in Belgium on March 8, 2025
